Protect Your Loot

In the world of Web3, you are your own bank. This comes with great power, but also great responsibility. As the GTA Token ecosystem grows, so will the number of bad actors trying to steal your assets.

Golden Rules of Security

  1. Never Share Your Seed Phrase: No developer, admin, or "support agent" from GTA Token will EVER ask for your 12 or 24 words. If they do, they are scammers.
  2. Verify the URL: Always ensure you are on gta-token.com. Bookmark it. Never click on "Sponsored" Google search results.
  3. Beware of "Free" Airdrops: If a random token appears in your wallet, do not try to "swap" or "unlock" it. These are often "Dusting Attacks" designed to drain your wallet once you approve the contract.
  4. Use a Hardware Wallet: For large amounts of $GTA or rare NFTs, we highly recommend using a Ledger or Trezor. It adds a physical layer of security that hackers cannot bypass.

Alpha Tip: Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) on your Discord and X accounts. Security is not a one-time setup; it's a constant habit.
